National YMCA Hostel, New Delhi The sprawling campus of the National YMCA in upmarket Jai Singh Road now boasts a Hostel, inaugurated on August 30, 2014, which can accommodate 50 persons in 25 well-appointed Double-Rooms with all modern amenities at affordable rates though, principally for its YMCA clientele from across India and abroad. The Hostel has spacious rooms with shower attached and is well complemented with a multi-cuisine restaurant overlooking the foyer besides car-parking space for its clientele. The proximity of the Hostel to the shopping hub of Connaught Place and other places of attraction makes it the obvious choice of the discerning traveller, especially the budget-conscious. A Conference Hall in the premises is yet another value addition to the facilities provided.

1) Conference Hall/Meeting Room booking will be accepted from 08:30 am to 09:30 pm.
2) Bookings will be accepted on the basis of written request in the prescribed form by the hirer or their Representative.
3) Advance payment to be remitted for confirmation of hall booking.
4) Rs. 1,000/- will be charged for every 30 minutes to one-hour overstayed.
5) One time change of date will be allowed, with additional charge.

7) Laptop for operating the OHS Projector should be brought by the concerned person/group.
8) Party/Hirer should arrange for additional equipment, if needed, for the working of Projector.
9) Sticking bills / nailing on the walls of the Hall are strictly prohibited.
10) Food and beverage are available on payment, outside food and beverages are not allowed and will be served outside the hall.
11) Consumption of Alcohol and Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the YMCA premises.
12) Meals will be served only in YMCA Dining Hall.
13) The Hirer and their guests/delegates will be responsible for safe keeping of their equipment / valuables. Loss of valuables will not be the responsibility of the YMCA on theft, damage.
14) The Hirer and their guests/delegates will be responsible for any willful or negligent loss and / or damage to furniture in the venue. Costs of damage will be borne to the Hirer/Party.
15) At the end of a function, the Hirer shall remove all equipment’s and effects brought to the Hall. The YMCA will not be responsible for equipment or other effects left at the Hall before or after a function.
16) The YMCA reserves the right to decline this and any Booking or part thereof at any time without liability.
