The National Council of YMCAs of India was established 1891 and currently has 470+ affiliates, 14 projects, in 23 states and 03 union territories and two projects in UK. Head office is at New Delhi.
The National Council of YMCAs of India, for administration purpose, is divided into 09 regions having its regional officers in nine locations. It conducts National and Regional level programs annually on topics focusing on health, Gender, Youth and leadership.
All 470+ affiliates are constituted and patronized by local leaders who are elected from among the ‘full’ members. This community level involvement leads to increase participation, accountability and transparency of the affiliate.

The National Council of YMCAs of India has established accommodation facilities in different locations for their members. These facilities are in urban cities, hill stations and in small towns.
These establishments are good for families, individuals, and groups. Facilities are suitable for holidays, meetings, events and/or for business trips.
Patronage to these facilities allow The National Council of YMCAs of India to expand its program base for the less fortunate youth.
